A private security operator covers many sites with shifts that change from week to week. Qualifications, attendance and documents have to match the service delivered: when they do not, the error shows up as an unstaffed post or a report that has to be redone.

One platform for shifts, staff qualifications, attendance, documents and service reports, designed for services spread across many sites. The consortium brings knowledge of the sector; NOK designs and builds the technology. Role-based permissions and data hosted in the European Union.
03 / 03The outcome
In development. The database and permissions are in place, the interface is being built, and the move away from current tools is planned in successive phases.
