Six disciplines, one team: from strategy to production.

The same six disciplines in a proprietary product, a partner venture and a client engagement. They work in parallel, not in sequence.

  1. N-01

    Ideation

    What gets built, for whom, and why now. It is applied research: hypothesis, prototype, field test. It sets the value of every later phase and is the only one you cannot recover afterwards.

  2. N-02

    Strategy and positioning

    Where a product sits and what it is recognised for. A technology choice without positioning stays a cost; with positioning it becomes a defensible advantage.

  3. N-03

    Design

    Interfaces, identity and user experience, inside one design system for the whole group. It is where strategy becomes something a person can use without instructions.

  4. N-04

    Engineering

    Software, automations, agents and AI models written in-house and integrated into the systems already in use. Technical direction never leaves the group.

  5. N-05

    Compliance

    AI Act, GDPR, NIS2. Compliance enters on day one, when it costs little; at the end it would force you to reopen what already works.

  6. N-06

    Finance

    What it costs, when it pays back, and which numbers hold up in front of a board. A project that does not stand on a business case is an intention.

A method, not a chain of vendors.

Four identical phases for every project, whether the client is a company or the group itself. That is how research becomes technology in production.

    We take the whole problem

    Not a slice of the project: the project, from hypothesis to production. It applies to our own products as much as to client work: one counterpart, one responsibility.

  2. .02 · TABLE

    Every discipline is at the table from day one

    Strategy, design, engineering, compliance and finance from the first meeting. In parallel, not in line: constraints surface while changing course is still cheap.

  3. .03 · LINK

    We build and comply at the same time

    Compliance is not a final inspection: it grows with the code. AI Act, GDPR and NIS2 enter the architecture, not a late legal opinion that forces months of rework.

  4. .04 · LIVE

    We deliver, and we stay

    Delivery exposes the project to real use: we measure, correct and evolve. Our products stay under the group’s care; on client work we remain the technical reference.
