Six disciplines you would normally have to coordinate yourself. Here they already work together.

    Ideation

    What gets built, for whom, and why now. This phase determines the value of every phase after it, and it is the only one that cannot be recovered later.

  2. N-02

    Strategy and positioning

    Which position you hold in the market and what makes you recognisable. A technology choice without positioning stays a cost; with positioning it becomes a defensible advantage.

  3. N-03

    Design

    Interfaces, identity, experience. Not decoration: design is the point where strategy becomes something a person can use without instructions.

  4. N-04

    Engineering

    We lead the engineering: software, automation and artificial intelligence models integrated into the systems already in use, under our technical direction.

  5. N-05

    Compliance

    AI Act, GDPR, NIS2. Compliance enters on day one, when it barely affects cost: addressing it at the end means reopening what already works.

  6. N-06

    Finance

    What it costs, how long it takes to pay back, and which numbers you take to the board. A project that cannot carry a business case is not a project: it is an intention.

    Compliance is not a final inspection: it grows with the project, so a late legal opinion is far less likely to force months of rework.
